This is a beautiful 18k yellow gold diamond and sapphire ring. The ring is a size 7 and the band is 2.3mm. On the top of this ring where the diamonds and sapphires are set measures 16.21mm wide. Set in this ring you have 7 beautiful diamonds that come to approximately 0.55ct. There are also 4 blue sapphires that come to approximately 0.50ct. This is a very beautiful and unique ring!
