In the center of this ring you see a beautiful red Ruby Cabochon that is 4.2mm in diameter. The ring also has 27 clear, round cut diamonds that to come to approximately 0.54 carats. There are 21 on the top and 3 on each side of the band. **The dark spots that can be seen in of the pictures are not on the item.
