This is a 10k yellow gold bracelet . This bracelet has 40 real diamonds. The diamonds come to approximately 0.40 carats. It measures 8.5 inches long, and 7.95mm wide.
The dark spots you might see in the photos are not on the item itself. It is caused by the reflection of the camera used to take the photos.
