These are 10k yellow gold Sapphire and Diamond earrings. Each earring has one oval cut pink/red Sapphire that comes to approximately 0.60 carats. Under the Sapphire on each earring there is one round cut accent diamond that comes to approximately 0.01 carat. There earrings measure 14.2mm long and 5mm wide.   **The dark spots that can be seen in some of the pictures are not on the item.
