You are looking at a pair of 10k yellow gold Diamond hoop earrings. They are 6.2mm in diameter and 2.75mm thick. Each earring has 6 real round cut diamonds. That’s 12 in total that come to approximately 0.30ct.
**The dark spots that can be seen in some of the pictures are not on the item. It is caused by the reflection of the camera used to take the photos.**
