Your looking at a vintage 10k yellow gold 1946 Class Ring. The band measures 12.70mm top center and tapers down to 2.30mm bottom center. It is sized at 7.25.
The dark spots you might see in the photos are not on the item itself. It is caused by the reflection of the camera used to take the photos.
