This is a beautiful 10k yellow gold heart pendant. This pendant has one heart shaped blue cubic zirconia that is approximately 0.50ct. On the top of the blue heart there is a clear round cut cz that is 0.05ct. If you are in the market for a simple yet elegant heat pendant, then this is the one for you.
The dark spots that you might see are from the refection of the camera they are not actually on the Diamond or gold itself.
